Service Description

Latin Course Enrollment – What You’re Paying For Enrollment in our Latin course is a semester-long commitment designed to provide students with a structured and immersive learning experience. Each semester includes 14 weeks of instruction, meeting twice per week for a total of 28 hours of live, in-person teaching. In the Fall of 2025-2026, this class will meet from August 28 - December 18 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am-noon. There will be 29 meetings excluding holidays-- Yom Kippur, Veterans Day and Thanksgiving. By enrolling, students receive: ✅ Expert Instruction – Led by a knowledgeable Latin educator, with a curriculum aligned to ACTFL proficiency standards. ✅ Comprehensive Learning – A structured approach covering grammar, vocabulary, translation, and cultural context. ✅ Small Class Sizes – Personalized attention and interactive lessons tailored to student progress. ✅ Proficiency-Based Outcomes – Each level is designed to help students achieve ACTFL proficiency targets, with Intermediate students preparing for the Seal of Biliteracy and Advanced students for the AP Latin exam. ✅ Engaging Course Materials – Readings, exercises, and practice assessments to reinforce learning. ✅ A Supportive Learning Community – Opportunities to collaborate with peers, ask questions, and gain confidence in Latin. This semester-based payment model ensures students receive consistent, high-quality instruction while committing to meaningful progress in their Latin studies.
